About the Role

Foundation Studies is a pre-university course within the Pathways School at Trinity College that qualifies overseas students for entry to the University of Melbourne and other universities.

The Senior Administration Officer – Academic Administration plays a key role in supporting student success within the Pathways School. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate collection, recording, and reporting of student results, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decisions around student progression. You will also provide academic advice to both new and continuing students, ensuring they are supported to meet attendance and progression requirements. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will help deliver timely and accurate reporting that underpins the School’s commitment to academic excellence and student achievement.

About You

You have relevant qualifications and experience in academic administration, data management, and student support. Highly organised and detail-oriented, you can balance competing priorities while working both independently and in a team. With strong communication skills and cultural awareness, you engage confidently with students, families, and colleagues. Above all, you are committed to supporting student success and uphold values of equity, integrity, and collaboration. 

Contract Type: Full time, ongoing position.

Salary:  Band 3S - FTE $88,849 p.a. plus 12% Superannuation and 17.5% Leave Loading.
