About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and collaborative Team Leader - Client Services to join our ITS team and the wider Trinity community, reporting into Manager, IT Operations.
This position manages the front of house IT services and is responsible for ensuring that our College community, including all students, staff, visitors and guests at the College receive effective and efficient IT services. The role leads a team that provides: direct ICT support to clients, deployment & management of client computing as well as level 1 support for audio-visual technology, Office 365, printing and telephony services. Further duties include managing equipment lifecycle programs, procurement activities and student on-boarding ITS processes.
In addition, it also acts as a Project Manager assigned to one or more projects, drives continuous improvement in IT policies and practices and contributes to planning future services and improvements based on client feedback and needs. This is a full-time ongoing role.
The successful candidate will have experience in leading, coaching and mentoring staff and will be tertiary qualified in Information Technology or will have an IT certification.
In addition, you will have:
- ITIL certification and experience working in an ITIL environment
- Experience with workstation and mobile client technologies
- Experience in device maintenance and support including audio-visual support and teaching space design

Band 3 FTE $84,762 - $90,000 plus 10% superannuation plus 17.5% leave loading
