About the Role

The Trinity College Pathways School provides programs to local and international students that are 'pathways' to studying at the University of Melbourne or other leading universities across Australia. 

The Student Experience Officer is the initial contact for Pathways School students, and to take phone and email enquiries for the Pathways School. The role requires an organised but flexible person who has experience and enthusiasm for customer service, an ability to develop rapport with students aged 16 to early 20s and from a range of countries and cultural backgrounds. 

The role will be based in the Student Hub at the centre of the School and will offer opportunities to contribute to and learn about many facets of an international education business.

This role is a face to face role required to be on-campus working 5 days per week. 

About You

To secure this exciting role we are looking for an organised customer service guru, who may have had experience in an international education setting or with student enquiries.  You will be a team player who takes initiative with an eye for detail and accuracy in conveying and documenting information. Your proven ability to communicate with students from diverse backgrounds, will put you in good stead. 

Contract Type: Full time, parental-leave cover position commencing on 19 May 2025.

Salary:  Band 2 - FTE $73,773 plus 11.5% Superannuation and 17.5% Leave Loading.
