About the Role
The Trinity College Pathways School offers courses which prepare high achieving international students for undergraduate entry into the University of Melbourne and other leading Australian universities. The Personal Assistant to the Dean of the Pathways School is responsible for managing and coordinating the administrative affairs of the Dean’s office and Pathways School Executive.
Skills & Experience
To be considered for this role, ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role or be an absolute ‘star’ administrator looking for your next step in your career. You will have a warm, respectful, professional approach in your interactions with those around you, and have the ability think on your feet to anticipate the demands of the Dean. A positive and can-do mindset where no task is too big or small are key to succeed in this environment.
Contract Type: Full time, ongoing position.
Salary: FTE $88,849 plus 12%Superannuation and Leave Loading 17.5%
