About the Role

As Project Coordinator at Trinity College, you’ll support the delivery of IT projects from planning to completion, working with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, effective outcomes.

About You

You’re an organised and adaptable project coordinator with experience in IT projects and a strong focus on collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management. You thrive in dynamic environments, take initiative, and are committed to delivering quality outcomes that align with strategic goals.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • A degree in IT, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing technology-based projects.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software.

Contract Type: Full-time, 2-year fixed term position, commencing ASAP. 

Salary Range: Band 3 FTE $105,000 plus 11.5% Superannuation and 17.5% Leave loading
