ICT Support Officer
About the Role
Reporting to the Manager, IT Client Services, the ICT Support Officer is responsible for providing first and second level support to staff and students of Trinity College. Supported by a close-knit team, this customer-facing role is really important in driving the success of the ICT Support team.
About You
To be considered for this role:
- you must have an appropriate tertiary degree or IT certification in Information Technology, and/or significant relevant experience.
- have experience supporting MacOS & iOS using Jamf Pro (or similar MDM systems) in a medium-sized organisation preferably in the education sector; IT troubleshooting skills and problem resolution at IT Level 1 & 2 and previous experience supporting Microsoft O365 suite to at least IT Level 1 & 2.
- you will be comfortable working independently or in a team environment, self-motivated and committed to providing an excellent quality service to customers.
- you will need to possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills coupled with impeccable resilience and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at a given time.

Salary Range: Band 2 FTE $82,319 plus 11.5% Superannuation and 17.5% Leave loading
