About the Role

Reporting to the Manager, IT Operations & Client Services, the ICT Support Officer is responsible for providing first and second level support to staff and students of Trinity College. Supported by a close-knit team, this customer-facing role is really important in driving the success of the ICT Support team.

About You

To be considered for this role:

  • you must have an appropriate tertiary degree or IT certification in Information Technology, and/or significant relevant experience.
  • have experience supporting MacOS & iOS using Jamf Pro (or similar MDM systems) in a medium-sized organisation preferably in the education sector; IT troubleshooting skills and problem resolution at IT Level 1 & 2 and previous experience supporting Microsoft O365 suite to at least IT Level 1 & 2.
  • you will be comfortable working independently or in a team environment, self-motivated and committed to providing an excellent quality service to customers.
  • you will need to possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills coupled with impeccable resilience and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at a given time. 

Contract Type: Full-time permanent position, commencing ASAP. 

Salary Range: Band 2 FTE $71,117 plus 10% Superannuation and 17.5% Leave loading
