About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager
to join our Marketing and Communications team. In this key role, you will work closely with
internal and external stakeholders to plan, execute, and optimise digital
marketing strategies that support the College’s goals and enhance its
reputation as a leading academic institution. Reporting to the Director of
Marketing, Communications and Events, you will oversee content creation and
digital communications across various channels, including social media, email,
and the College’s website.
Skills & Experience:
We are looking for a candidate with a passion for digital marketing and a
strong background in creating and managing digital content. You should hold a
tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field and have at least three
years of experience in a social media and/or digital marketing role. Experience in managing social
media, email campaigns, and Google and social media advertising is essential,
as is a solid understanding of data analysis tools such as Google Analytics.
Design and photo/video editing skills will be highly regarded. You should be
comfortable working with CRM and CMS platforms, with experience in Kentico
being an advantage. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management
skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and
up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
Contract and Salary Range: This is a Full-time ongoing position. Band Level 3 FTE $94,134 plus 17.5% leave loading plus 12% superannuation.
