About the Role

Foundation Studies is a pre-university course within the Pathways School at Trinity College that qualifies overseas students for entry to the University of Melbourne and other universities.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Admissions Officer to assess student applications and manage related enquiries within the Pathways School. Reporting to the Manager, Admissions, you'll work closely with a supportive team to deliver efficient, accurate, and courteous service. The role suits someone who is organised, systematic, and confident communicating with people from diverse backgrounds.

About You

You hold a relevant qualification and/or have strong experience in admissions or a similar role, with excellent attention to detail and a systematic approach to assessing applications. You’re organised, able to prioritise tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines.

Technically proficient, you have well-developed skills in managing databases and student systems, and are comfortable generating and analysing data. You understand the ESOS Act, National Code, and DHA guidelines, and can apply these when assessing international student applications.

Contract Type: Full time, ongoing position.

Salary:  Band 2S - FTE $73,773 p.a. plus 12% Superannuation and 17.5% Leave Loading.
