About the Role
The purpose of this position is to provide academic advice and skills training to Residential College students, and to smoothly run the College tutorial program and associated academic activities. You’ll play a key role in fostering a positive academic culture through individual support, peer learning initiatives, and collaboration with tutors.
About You
To secure this exciting role we are looking for a proactive and student-focused professional with a background in a relevant discipline such as Arts, Science, Commerce. You bring experience in academic advising and supporting students with study planning and skills development. Your strong communication skills enable you to work effectively across a diverse educational community, and you’re equally comfortable working independently or within a collaborative team.
Most importantly, you’re passionate about supporting students and contributing to the academic and educational mission of the College.
Contract Type: Ongoing, Full-time.
Salary: Band 3 FTE $88,849 plus 12% Superannuation and 17.5% Leave Loading.
