Student Experience Manager


Established in 1872 as the first college of the University of Melbourne, Trinity College is a vibrant, diverse community, inspiring and enabling students of exceptional promise from Australia and around the world.  Our divisions include the Pathways School, Residential College and Theological School.

We are seeking a passionate Student Experience Manager to be responsible for the coordination of a range of support services to students in Trinity College Foundation Studies all aimed at enhancing the international student experience. 

Reporting to and working very closely with the Associate Dean of Student Services this position will coordinate and manage the Student Experience cycles of planning, budgeting, financial reporting, student evaluations, continuous improvement, and relevant policy-development. The position requires an enthusiastic, well-organised and flexible person with a friendly and professional manner.

To secure this exciting role, the successful candidate will have demonstrated work experience in a similar role with specific experience in event management, publications and communications within a school or higher education setting. As well as, a high level of written and verbal communication skills, to engage students from a wide variety of social, linguistic and cultural backgrounds.

Salary Range: Band Level 3 FTE $72,048 - $76,983 base salary plus 10% Superannuation and Leave Loading of 17.5%.
